okay ! i'll let you all in on a little secret on how to run very very very fast
This secret has been passed on for generations and generations.
It is a sacred ritual which must be carried out with precision.
The slighest mistake could end in injury or death
Why you would want to run very fast you may ask
Well you wanna win for sports day right?
What i'm about to tell you may change your life forever
The process of this holy sacred ritual WILL enable you to have god-like speed
Here it goes, take well my friends and be warned:

Step 1: Find a hungry, stray black dog that is roaming about. Make sure dog is black else it won't work

Step 2: Tie meat around you body. Please ensure that meat is fresh and clean

Step 3: whistle and make funny barking noises to irritate dog.

Step 4: Dog will come running after you in a moment

Step 5: Run for your life
